Affiliate Program

Broker Affiliate Partner Program (BAPP) allows every Real Estate, Mortgage, and Insurance agent to partner up with us and actually get a share from every transaction that comes to Open Referral through any of our Affiliated Brokers. As Open Referral has multiple Brokerages as our Affiliated Partners, At the time of closing, it is mutually decided which brokerage would receive Open Referral’s commission, Keep a cut and timely send the rest to Open Referrals through ACH, Wire, or Direct Debit.

Since 2017, Open Referrals has been providing real estate services to its clients. These services include solar panels, home renovation, cleaning, lawn care, home security, internet, phone, and cable. Because we offer them the services they require daily and some that they only require once in their lifetime, Open Referrals clients don’t just use our services once or twice—rather, they do so for life.

With our in-depth knowledge of their local market, Open Referrals also offers insurance, mortgage, and real estate professionals tools, referrals, and comprehensive solutions to help them expand their businesses and establish themselves as the go-to agents in their community. We also carry out extra marketing for our professionals and businesses to ensure that they are at the top of every home buyer’s or seller’s search.

To become a partner, you must have an Active Brokers License so we can process the agreements signed by both parties (MOU) and clear our terms and conditions accordingly.

A broker should be honest and transparent with us as we would be with them throughout the journey, we will onboard you in our affiliate program which is as follows:

We would only use your license to accept all the referral fees our partner realtors from the US & Canada would generate and send to us through our affiliated partners.

We would expect you to be transparent about the commissions and fees, have your cut, and send us the rest, as we rely on our referral fee in our business model.
