Open Referral is honored to connect consumers and service providers and we strive to provide each with the best experience possible. Service Provider agree to maintain the following service level standards while working with Open Referral and Referrals:

Be Respectful

Respect each other and each other’s property. If there’s a conflict, respectfully work together to resolve it.

Be Respectful

As a service provider, ensure that you’re providing good customer service and producing quality work at a fair price. As a consumer, be considerate of service providers’ time and money.

Be Respectful

Present yourself in a professional manner. Communicate clearly and often and do your part to ensure each other’s comfort in every situation.

Be Honest

Honor your agreements and be honest about your expectations and limitations. As a service provider, be honest if a job is outside your skillset or licensing. As a consumer, be honest and upfront if something isn’t going as agreed upon or planned.

Be Reliable

Answer calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. Show that you value each other’s time by being present and punctual for all appointments. Never leave someone wondering how to reach you or where you are.

Be Inclusive

Don’t discriminate based on race, national origin, social and economic class, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, political belief, religion, mental and physical ability, or any other factor. Axis Referral adheres to a strict zero-tolerance discrimination policy.

SERVICE PROVIDER PLEDGE OF HONOR

While Working With Consumers I Will:

Honor the rates and services identified in the leads I have claimed on Open Referral’s platform.

Respond as quickly as possible to consumer inquiries via email, phone, or text, and within Open Referral’s Platform.

Set clear expectations of my availability; and if I’m unavailable for any period lasting longer than one business day, I will notify the lead and Openreferral.

Notify Open Referral immediately if the lead would like to work with a different company.

Use and embrace the Open Referral Platform.

While Communicating And Collaborating With Open Referral I Will:

Respond as quickly as possible to representatives via email, phone, or text, and from within Open Referral's Platform.

Provide Techception with updates every seven (7) days until I’ve secured the lead as a client.

Notify Open Referral if I have determined that the consumer has decided not to use my services, or have reason to believe the consumer may use another service.

Be honest and transparent about my interactions with the consumer.

While Using The Open Referral Platform I Will:

Provide feedback and suggestions to Open Referral representatives about the Platform.

Honestly and candidly complete surveys about services, experiences, and opinions about the Platform.

Cooperate with my assigned Open Referral Concierge to ensure the Platform is always-up-to-date /li>

I Understand I Will Stop Receiving Leads If I

Charge additional or unfair fees to consumers which are not disclosed properly.

Violate or fail to fulfill the requirements of this Acknowledgement, or the Agreement of which it is a part.
