Payment, Cancellation & Refund
We reserve the right to make changes to this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested for the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Open Referral. This Policy is valid for 150 days from the date of execution of the Referral Agreement.
Refund Eligibility & Request Process:
- Failure to Provide Leads
In cases where Open Referral fails to deliver leads, the agent or broker must submit a formal reminder to Open Referral requesting the provision of the lead(s). If Open Referral does not provide the lead(s) within 30 days of receiving the reminder, the agent or broker may submit a request for a refund.
- Issues with Lead Exclusivity or Engagement:
If any of the issues described in Sections 2 through 5 occur (e.g., non-exclusivity, unwillingness to engage, or non-responsiveness), the agent or broker must notify Open Referral within 48 hours of receiving the lead(s) by submitting a written report along with supporting evidence. If Open Referral does not resolve the issue by replacing the lead(s) within 30 days of receiving the report, the agent or broker may submit a refund request.
- Lead Replacement:
Open Referral will make every reasonable effort to replace any leads that do not meet the terms outlined in the Referral Agreement. If a replacement lead is not provided within 30 days of the report, the agent or broker may proceed with a refund request.
- Timely Reporting Requirement
For a refund request to be considered valid, the agent or broker must report any concerns related to the lead(s) (e.g., non-responsiveness, non-exclusivity, or engagement issues) within 24 hours of receiving the lead(s). Failure to notify Open Referral within this time frame will result in the leads being deemed acceptable, and no further action, including refunds or replacements, will be considered.
- Refund Processing Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted via e-mail to refund@openreferral.com with any of the above-mentioned instances must occur for the agent to get a refund.
Note: Change of mind does not apply.
Open Referral would take at least 45 days after the request has been submitted to complete the process and do a thorough investigation on each lead provided by the company and may contact the leads to get a complete update on their status and gather track record of the leads provided to the agent/broker, by the agent/broker before the return of the agent/broker(s) initial fee as per the Money Back Guarantee.
Under no circumstances shall refunds exceed the amount you paid for your Membership Fee during the prior membership term.
Agent/Broker should keep in mind that Open Referral holds the right for any revenue generated by the referrals that were sent by Open Referral to be disbursed in timely manner no matter if the agent/broker opts out of the program and the referral is still under the referral coverage period of 24Months, Open Referral would be paid a referral fee as per the plan of the agent/broker.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel the referral service agreement you can complete the “service cancellation form” in its entirety and submit it to Open Referral via email at cancellations@openreferral.us
All cancellations are processed as per the terms of service
